Administrator / Receptionist | Derby DE24 | £23k | Fully Office BasedA fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client who are a leading supplier in their industry based in Allenton, Derby. This role would be ideal for someone who has worked on a busy reception as well as being immersed within an equally busy administrationrole.What were looking for:- Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook/Windows- Finance system (if possiblebut training given on internal system)- Excellent communicator- Well organised- Ability to have several tasks on the go at once- Proactive approach to, and ownership of, tasks & duties- Team playerThe finer elements of the role:- Phone answering / forwarding- Incoming and outgoing mail and parcels- Input information on internal finance system- Organising Engineer training- General upkeep of H&S systems- Arranging 3rdparty contractors- Proactively arranging for checks- Liaising with engineers- Weekly office provisions order(Once initial training is completed, and the above tasks are being carried out effectively:- Ordering parts for jobs and Purchase Order management- Receipting goods- Supplier invoice queries- Invoice processingCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
