You will be required to coordinate activity of virtual teams of internal and external stakeholders in the arrangement and execution of funding.These supported projects and funding typically range from $50m to several billion dollars.AccountabilitiesDeliver flexible, competitive, and innovative funding and credit support to the bp businesses, principally through the structuring and arrangement ofasset finance, secured financings in support of Group liquidity, project finance and other structured financings. Provide financial structuring and advisory support to M&A transactions.Work closely with Tax and other Functions to manage corporate structure,the funding, and the dividends of the assigned legal entities through which the bp businesses conduct their activities around the world.Build relationships with external financial institutions, including key relationship banks and multilaterals.Develop a broadknowledge of financial market structures and implement financial frameworks which provide clear boundaries for managing financial risks and exposures.EssentialExperience within banking, corporate treasury, financial risk management or consulting with structuredfinance and economic analysis Knowledge of various underlying contractual frameworks and the impact of commercial contracts on the bankability of projectsGood understanding of corporate finance theory, domestic and international trade and project financingsources and structures, economic evaluation methodologies, risk, and risk management toolsExcellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skillsAbility to build trust internally and externally and be confident in managing conflict Excellentproject management skills with outstanding attention to detailAbility to work independently and flexibly as a self-starter and to contribute strongly to the wider teamEffective relationship builderbuild trusting and positive relationshipsExperience of workingwith globally diverse teams.EducationUniversity bachelors degree with a focus on finance We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
