Job Description

Finance Supervisor - Part Time Do you want to work for an established, growing company who are at an exciting stage of its developmentAre you an experienced finance professional looking for a part time opportunity The position is with a Deeside based company who are looking for an individual to join their finance team in a Supervisors role.You will receive - Finance Supervisor - Part Time:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Comprehensive benefits package - medical, life cover, pension scheme.
  • Pay rate of £13.70ph.
Responsibilities - Finance Supervisor - Part Time:
  • Prepare month end accounts for issue to Directors and other stakeholders.
  • Forecast and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with creating budgets and reforecasts.
  • Oversee and authorise payments.
  • Support with annual audit.
  • Ensure HMRC compliance in all areas such as VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE.
  • Support and develop the clients finance administrator.
  • Share knowledge and expertise to assist senior managers with financial work.
  • There may be other finance or admin tasks that arise from time to time.
Desired Skills - Finance Supervisor - Part Time:
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in a senior finance position.
  • Must be able to prepare month end accounts including profit and loss and balance sheet.
  • Must have previously managed or supervised a small team.
