An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with Childrens Home Management Experience to join a market-leading care home in Deal,Dover. They are looking for a Registered Childrens Home Manager to oversee the running of the care home for children and young people. The job comes with a salary of up to £48,000 per year and the possibility to earn an additional £12,000 in bonuses.You will be working as a Registered Childrens Home Manager in a residential home with a long waiting list of residents and excellent staff retention rates.If you were currently in this Registered Childrens Home Manager role, here are some things you wouldve done last week:. Played a leading role in managing a large P&L, ensuring that EBITDA targets are met consistently. Overseen various departments, including hotel services, care services and housekeeping. Motivated and inspired your teams to ensure the care you are delivering is of the highest qualityTo apply for this position, you will need Registered Home Manager experience, with a strong background in care home management. You will need two years experience in childrens home and experience dealing with Ofsted as well as a level 5 qualification in child care. You will also need to be a confident and innovative leader with excellent commercial and networking skills and the ability to manage a large team effectively.You will also be educated to degree level with a health or management related qualification.In return for your expertise and commitment, as Residential Home Manager in Deal. Dover, you will receive:. A salary of £48,000 p/a (reviewed annually).
