Job Description

Make a positive impact this New Year!Guinness Supported Living team in Devon supports adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs to live their life, their way. We support them to achieve their aspirations and goals.As a Support Worker in our Supported Living team, you will find that every day is different, and you will get a real sense of job satisfaction.You will be providing high-quality, person-centred care. This will include enabling our clients to do the things they want to in life such as bike rides, beach visits, sports activities, or trips into town. Maybe even going out for a pub lunch or an eveningout at the cinema.You will also be working on skill development to further independence and supporting with everyday activities such as personal care (toileting / washing / dressing), administering medication, financial organisation support, meal planning and nutrition advice.What job could be more rewardingIf you have worked as a support worker, carer, support enabler or if you have an NVQ/RQF/QCF in Health and Social Care, we would love to hear from you. Experience is not essential as we provide full training and support, however applicants must have a realdesire to support others.In return for your dedication commitment, we offer a fantastic benefits package including:
