Quality Manager Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Quality Manager for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Blackburn area.Salary & Package £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 DOE. Company Benefits. 25 days plus bank holidays. Day Shift Monday - Friday 08:3017:00. RequirementsManage and maintain existing accreditations.Be a strong leader.Implement continuous improvement. Manage the product quality processes.Produce quality reports.Present presentations.Perform quality audits. Work closely with other departments. Ensure quality practices are being met and provide feedback on any issues. Deal with compliance and implement solutions. Communicate with all departments to ensure the quality system is operating correctly.Coach and mentor employees within the business on the importance of quality. Deal with sub-contractors and suppliers. Process documentation and administration. Have a strong understanding of health & safety. Exceptional organisation and communication skills. A strong understanding of IT and computer systems. Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001. Have project management skills.You will be required to manage quality, ensure other departments are fully engaged in the quality practices and support development within the organisation whilst building rapports across the business to push the company forward. Youll be required to be involvedin the implementation of quality processes, continues improvement and youll need to produce quality reports. Youll need to perform internal audits, deal with external personnel and ensure that existing accreditations are maintained. The right candidate will be process driven, be a great people person and have the experience required to support growth in a forward thinking company. Closing Date: 31st March 2023.
