We have an exciting opportunity for applicants living in the South West to "Work From Home" as a Service Adviser at First2ProtectWe are an insurance broker based in Exeter’s city centre, we have around 80 employees and 70,000 customers.Following the events of 2020 we have given all our employees the opportunity to work from home, with most taking up this offer and thriving in their new environments!We have been investing in technology to support working from home since March, focusing on communication between employees and with our customers.Our Learning and Development team are now in a position to deliver induction training online, we are therefore recruiting for Service Advisors who can work from the comfort of their own home.All equipment will be provided to make this possible, all you need is a good broadband connection and a home environment suitable for speaking to customers.Despite the pandemic this year, First2Protect are in a great position and are well on track to deliver an outstanding 2020 result. This has allowed us to look at our 2021 requirements early and pleasingly we can grow our team further!You will be working as part of an outbound advisor team that is responsible for introducing clients to First2Protect and the high level of service we provide.
