Job Description

We have an exciting Head Chef role at The Seven Stars in Dartmouth with possible free live-in paying a salary of £35,000. This is a fresh food, family run pub in a beautiful location with a committed and reliable team. We are looking for a Head Chef thathas catering kitchen experience, has excellent attention to detail and is a great team player.Head Chef in Dartmouth:

Head Chef Role & Responsibilities
  • Design seasonal dishes based around a combination of modern continental and fresh fish dishes.
  • Prepare and cook food to a high-quality standard.
  • To be able to work as part of a team alongside the pub manager and be motivated to work on their own.
  • Achieve and maintain our target Gross Profit
  • Lead the kitchen team by example.
  • Ensure all kitchen procedures relating to Food Hygiene, routine cleaning and Health & Safety are maintained to keep our food hygiene rating of 5.
