DEPUTY MANAGER: EARN £52,000 IN YOUR FIRST YEAR (MINIMUM)The Fleet Care Home is looking to source a talented and clinically qualified Deputy Manager.Our newly refurbished care home, based in Dartmouth, provides exceptional levels of residential, nursing, and palliative care for 79-residents.Latest CQC inspection graded an overall Good.As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, helping to lead our team with passion and commitment, forming strong relationships with residents & their relatives and multi-disciplinary teams.Deputy Manager Contract£50,00 per annum.Contracted to 40 hours per weekOnce the care reaches full occupancy, the Deputy Manager is supernumerary with an exception to cover shifts if required.Pension.5.6 weeks annual leave.DBS paid.Uniform provided.£2,000 Welcome BonusWe believe the Deputy Manager should have the following qualities and experienceRGN / RMN QualifiedStrong clinical skills.Working with the elderly would be advantageous.Experienced of leading and managing a team.Able to support staff with further training and support.Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.The Fleet Care Home is part of Care Concern Group; a market leading, family-owned care group operating over 70 homes across the UK.
