Job Description

Forklift DriverDartford£12.50phDo you have experience working in a warehouseAre you a licenced forklift driverWe are looking for a Warehouse Operative with a Forklift licence (in-house licences not accepted) to join our client’s team.Duties include:

  • Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
  • Operate warehouse machinery and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines.
  • Organise and store products, materials, and equipment efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Perform regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required.
  • Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
  • A certified forklift licence – RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent. (in-house licences not accepted)
  • Previous experience working within a warehouse.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina, capable of standing, bending, and liftingheavyobjects for extendedperiods.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
