Job Description

Our client, based on the outskirts of Dartford, have state of the art premises for you to work in. They now have a vacancy for a Warehouse Administrator working on the late shift of 14.30 - 23.00 hours.How you are rewarded:

Key Skills:
  • Ability to work within a team fit in with and team-based problem solving.
  • Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor-quality service.

  • WMS understanding/experience essential
Summary of the Job:
  • In the role of Warehouse Administrator, you will contribute to team delivering successfully in a fast-moving logistics environment
  • To ensure that efficient processes are in place to meet agreed service plans schedules and customer requirements.
  • Co-ordinate administration/data requirements for the operation, to ensure that SLAs are met to exceed customer expectations.
  • Working closely with the wider team is also key to the operations success. The quality and service provided by the team is paramount to support internal /external stakeholder expectations.
  • Process documentation of international orders
  • Coordinate paperwork and labelling of all parcel pick orders.
  • Produce manifests for customers and e-commerce customers as required.
  • Collate delivery notes into routes.
  • Conduct and record a daily site safety check and escalate any issues.
Shifts: Monday to Friday
