Job Description

A thriving, national business now seek an experienced payroll administrator, coordinator or manager- on an ongoing temporary basis, which could go permanent/extend long term.Monday- Friday 9-5, with some work from home options;Salary/Hourly Rate with experience! £13-20 per hour!- 35 hr work week, early finish Fridays!;Working in a private office alongside the wider accounts team, you will take primary ownership of executing the weekly and monthly payroll using SAGE 50 payroll. Day to day, you will work from a portal for timesheets, calculating and processing payrolls for circa 200 staff, accounting for tax deductions, holiday and sick pay, as well as overtime. You will answer email queries and draft reports for senior management, including coordinating relevant P45s, new starters and extended absences.Fast-paced, busy office environment; administrative support from an accounts admin as needed.Key to the role are;- An enjoyment for working at pace; - Attentiveness to detail and accuracy of administration;- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, to plan your time and execute the plan to ensure deadlines are met; - Prior experience running payrolll on SAGE 50 or similar.Based close to the centre of Dartford, accessible most easily by car; with free parking onsite!Immediate start!Ongoing temp booking!
