Technical Sales Administrator - 1 Year FTC Manufacturing Company Crayford, Kent Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm My client are a highly reputable, and growing manufacturing company based in Crayford. They are currently recruiting for a highly organised and customer-service driven individual with soft sales skills and experience in the manufacturing industry to join their busy Technical Sales Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and project management, and possess a natural ability to build a rapport with both existing and new clients. Duties shall include but are not limited to: · Answering the telephone · Quoting for products / determining what customer requires · Obtaining lengths and quantities from technical drawings · Following up quotations effectively · Project management & project awareness · Attending client facing functions as required · Processing works orders accurately and checking it makes sense technically Requirements for this role: · Experience of working in the manufacturing industry · A background in technical products, project management and experience in obtaining detail from technical drawings would be advantageous background in Lighting / electrical would also be an advantage Organisational skills and soft sales experience · Impeccable attention to detail · Enthusiastic administrator / project manager - Efficient, clear thinking organiser · Technically minded - able to understand electrical information and drawings Knowledge of Sage (S.O.P.) and of export procedures would be an advantage
