Job Description

Job Title: Service Managers Assistant / Call Desk AdministratorLocation: DartfordSalary: £20,568.00 pro rata (FTE £25,710 per annum)Job Type: Permanent, Part time (Tuesday to Friday / 8am-5pm)Liftec is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers. We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our busy team.About the role:Liftec is looking Liftec is looking for an enthusiastic Service Administrator to support its Wandsworth Council Service team. Working with the Service Manager you will provide a high standard of customer service whilst maintaining accurate records and respondingto breakdowns via a client Portal. You will be dealing with a high volume of telephone contact both with our client and the departments field engineers to ensure rapid response to lift breakdowns and co-ordinating the completion of works in targeted timeframes. You will be adaptable, organised and able to prioritise your workload with plenty of initiative and ability to work well in a team. This is a busy position with variety and never a dull moment.(A full Job Description will be provided upon application)Essential requirements:

  • Excellent customer care skills with confidence to professionally handle sensitive or difficult situations (within the lift / construction industry would be preferred)
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills with experience of responding to external and internal demands
  • PC literate with accurate typing and data-entry and database management skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of people and use own initiative
  • Professional and polite manner
Benefits:
  • 32 hour week (Tue-Fri, 8am - 5pm)
