Job Description

My client is a leading supplier of carp fishing products based in Dartford who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Ledger professional to join their team.Sales LedgerFull time office based.£28,000- £30,000 pa dependant on experienceThe successful candidate will need -

  • Processing invoices and credit notes for orders.
  • Working with sales agents to manage and fulfil customers back orders.
  • Manage efficiently correct order sending from third-party warehouse.
  • B2B customer requirements (Customers for trade customers, end consumers and sales agents).
  • Maintaining regular communication with our sales team, including supplying sales and stock data from head office.
  • Answering calls and managing caller requirements.
  • Ideally someone that has a passion for the carp or fishing industries.
Profile -
  • Must have previous experience in a Sales Ledger role.
  • Prior Experience of sales order handling/processing and customer service.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A good grasp of Microsoft IT package (Excel, Outlook).
  • An organised and methodical approach to daily tasks.
  • Experience of SAP System would be beneficial but not essential.
