Customer Service Advisor (Retentions) (Full-time)We are recruiting for a Membership Advisor to answer all incoming calls mainly from existing customers cancelling subscriptions and changing their membership. The successful candidate will have a natural flair to build rapport, while navigating systems,updating data, gaining feedback at the same time persuading our customer to stay active members.Going forward the Customer Service Team will also assist new customers with setting up accounts over the phone, including taking payment details and explaining the different membership options. There will also be an outbound telephone element where callswill be made to existing or lapsed customer, alongside some small customer complaints handling, which we will be required to be dealt with in a timely and effective manner.Role Requirements
