Job Description

Our client based in Crayford area in Kent are looking for the following:-Retail Sales Advisor -Part timeLocation: CrayfordSalary: £11.05 per hourAbout the roleThis isnt your standard Retail role as youll be doing much more than standing behind a checkout! Youll be given the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks including contacting customers to promote products and services, responding to customerqueries in-store and over email and ensuring we have a store to be proud of.Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding levels of customer service
  • Interacting with customers, in store, on the phone, to promote products and services
  • Providing a great shopping environment for customers ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and presentable
  • Processing customer transactions and responding to customer enquiries using our bespoke IT software
Ideally you will have the following skills and attributes that are required for this role :-
  • Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment
  • An understanding of what makes a great customer experience
  • Comfortable making promotional calls to business customers
  • An understanding of IT systems to process transactions and respond to customer enquiries
  • Flexibility to cover colleague shifts (team absence, holidays)
