Job Description

Are you immediately available JOB TITLE: Repairs Co-ordinatorLOCATION: Dartford (Hybrid)START: ASAPSALARY: £14.50 - £16.00 per hourTERM: Temporary until March 2024 (with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate)HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)BENEFITS: Weekly pay, Discount Schemes, Free on-site parkingWe are excited to be recruiting a Repairs Co-ordinator for our client based in Dartford, with modern offices and free on-site parking. Our client is well-established in the housing sector. They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Repairs Co-ordinatorto be an essential part of their team.The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Take responsibility for service related complaints and queries from customers, ensuring that the complaints procedure is adhered to
  • Ensure information databases are maintained and ensure data integrity by ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Carry out audit of works orders issued by front line staff to ensure procedures are being complied with
  • Assist with the collation and ongoing development of analytical data to identify and manage trends regarding the above business streams
  • Manage invoicing for areas of responsibility to ensure works orders are closed down correctly and invoices are settled

  • Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
  • Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
  • Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
