Luxury Sales AdvisorBluewater, Kent£22,000 - £24,000 + commissionMy client, a fantastic well established luxury brand are currently looking for Luxury Sales Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis.Duties within the role: Greet customers as they arrive in store and assist with their enquiries Respond to customers with accurate information via e-mail, phone and face to face appointments Manage repeat business with an existing client base Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring the customer is kept fully informed throughout the sale Assist team members with sales and ensure the store is kept clean and tidy at all timesPrevious experience: 1+ years experience in a sales target driven KPI environment Fantastic customer service experience Able to work well within a face to face customer environment, striving to achieve first class customer experience Experience with negotiation would be an advantage
