We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lift Engineers Mate to join our London Infrastructure Branchsupporting night Lift Engineers who operate on Network Rail and Docklands Light Railway. We are looking for individuals who have theknowledge and experience within a mechanical or electrical engineering setting.The role will be to assistLift Engineers with the maintenance and repair of industrial lifts and other types lifting equipment. Ensuring all work is completed satisfactorily to a high standard, health, safety is maintained, and offering a high level of customer service.Working hours are: Sunday 8pm – 6am and Monday 8pm – 5.30am Key Responsibilities: Effective communication skills: Including the ability to provide clear feedback; and to record and update informationAbility to keep calm and effective under pressureEye for detailDriving licence is always essentialAssisting on call outsHealth and Safety checksFault findingStock maintenance QualificationsDBSMechanical / electrical background would be an advantage, but not essential.
