HSE Recruitment have partnered, on an exclusive basis, with a leading name in the rail services industry to support with their search for a new HSQE Advisor. Based in Kent, the HSQE Advisor will support with the day to day operational elements of implementing the companies strategy, including:• Support with improvements of the management system and compliance management of accreditations. Notably, ISO9001, ISO14001 and the current transition from OHSAS18001 to ISO45001• Ensure all health and safety risk assessments are carried out in line with company strategy • Conduct site inspections and compliance audits • Develop the existing behaviour safety culture of the sites, looking to continue upon the improvements that have been made in culture To be considered, applicants must have: • NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (equivalent qualifications will be considered) • Recent experience in the rail industry • Further experience within Construction or Civil Engineering (advantageous) • Engaging interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision making • A genuine desire to learn and progress with both career and personal development In return, not only with the successful post holder join at an exciting time of growth for the organisation as they take on new contracts starting 2021, but you will receive:• A competitive salary, up to £37,500• Company car • Laptop & phone • Company pension • 25 days annual leave • Flexible / remote working available To apply, please email your CV to or call for further details.
