An HR Administrator is needed to efficiently manage human resources related tasks and provide a high level of administrative support in a busy environment.   • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Support the team with payroll processing
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Handle staff queries related to HR matters
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
ProfileA successful HR Administrator should have:
  • CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
