Do you come from a HR background Do you have experience managing all internal recruitment This innovative, market leading company are specialists within their field and are in high demand for their services, manufacturing food products for retail and the food service markets. Due to a valued employee leaving, they require a motivated and experiencedHR Advisor to join their ambitious team and help drive the department forward. In this role you will be managing the complete employee lifecycle including annual reviews and responding to all HR related queries. You will also be dealing with grievances and disciplinaries, employee welfare, onboarding, updating policies and proceduresas well as organising events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR role, undertaking a generalist role. They are looking for the right candidate to add value to the business and become a future leader. This is a fantastic opportunity.. The Role

  • Part-time position with an SME food manufacturing, processing and distribution business

  • Varied role with a high level of responsibility
  • Part-time, three days a week (either Mon-Wed, Tue-Thur or Wed-Fri)
