Job Description

Health & Safety Building Manager with experience in managing Health & Safety,Building Compliance, Contractor Servicing, Fire Safety Management with NEBOSH and IOSH, required to manage multiple sites in the South East. Working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours) on an annual salary between £40,000 - £45,000.Please note this is an office based role, with occasional hybrid working. Main base will likely be Romford in Essex, or Dartford in Kent.Duties:

  • Ensure compliance to Health and Safety guidelines across the business
  • Remove any risks onsite
  • Enforce Health and Safety
  • Ensure all contractors and staff work in accordance with rules and regulations
  • Liaise with contractors daily
  • Deal with mould and dampcomplaints
  • Manage FRA - Fire Risk Assessments through to completion

Experience required:
  • Sound health and safety knowledge and experience
  • Experience managing contractors
  • IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications
  • Experience in managing fire safety and FRA - Fire Risk Assessments
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
