Job Description

Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation in Dartford to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This is an exciting, autonomous role that will be commercially focused in business partnering with stakeholders and will fully immerse you in financial analysis and the month-end process. This afull-time and permanent role.Job purpose:Sales controlling, ensuring management reporting with focus on sales, monitoring the sales performance versus historical trends, forecast and budget, preparing and monitoring profitability analyses for the area under his/her responsibility, in accordancewith Corporate rules.Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports the sales force with accurate and commercially focused reporting on sales performance, margins, forecasting and product profitability;
  • Prepares, analyses, and communicates key financial information and provides support to the Finance Manager and Commercial Controller Europe & Israel regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborate with Country Managers & Sales Manager for UK and Nordic entities
  • Supports the annual price renewal process to ensure the business improves price performance whilst aligning with customer contracts;
  • Development of a solid forecasting process based on trend figures and sales information;
  • Development of customer-specific dashboards;
  • Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities;
  • Strategic planning and examination of the installed instruments;
  • Standardisation of management reporting and creation of meaningful analyses for the sales department;
  • Further development of existing analysis tools for sales;
  • Automation of recurring processes and reports;
  • Ad-hoc Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting activities
Qualifications/Experience & Mobility:
  • A recent Graduate or Part Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with at least 2 years financial analyst experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Italian would be an advantage;
  • Advanced Level Microsoft Excel
  • SAP knowledge (CO-PA and FI modules);
  • Very good analytical skills to manage complex business processes;
  • Excellent skills in the identification and presentation of results-relevant issues;
  • Strong ability to self-organise, prioritise and structure activities with a high degree of care & reliability;
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, strong commercial attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy and accountability, team-working;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines;
  • Successful project management experience;
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake some European travel
