Job Description

Farrer Barnes is currently recruiting for a very prestigious business with a national reach and fantastic reputation.Responsibilities:

  • Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
  • Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties, including auditors and other stakeholders
  • Provide leadership to the Boards Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimise the companys financial performance and strategic position.
  • Take overall control of the companys accounting and company secretarial functions, managing and developing a team in accounts.
  • Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met and the company is meeting its fiduciary obligations.
