Job Description

Role TitleExport AdministratorRole ProfilePart of the Export team, your role will assist the export operations across North Africa in the most efficient & cost-effective manner without comprising quality &/or service.You will ensure that the movement of goods is correctly recorded with regards to Customs, CMR, EUR, EAD etc…Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years xp within a European & International road operation
  • Checking exported goods arrived on time at destination
  • Collecting forecasts
  • Organise collections via internal & external partners
  • Create transport documentation such as consignent notes, CMR, ATR, BL, EUR1
  • An awareness of North African Geography
  • Take bookings from clients
  • Organise customs clearance
  • Some warehouse handling
  • Feedback to customers
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship management skills
  • Proficient with Excel and comfortable analysing data
