Our client is a specialist retailer in high-value fixtures and fittings. They have been operational for nearly 20 years and work with some of the best designers and finest materials to offer the best in design, innovation and quality. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will involve liaising with customers giving advice over the phone prior to and after ordering, processing all orders and effective complaint resolution. The role will include a high level of multi-tasking as you will be involved in an array of customerservice enquiries. Duties will include:Accurate and timely input of customer orders via SAGE 1000 back-office system Management of time to ensure high level of productivity and order throughoutUnderstanding of processes and procedures to minimise input error and ensure good customer service is givenBuild effective and lasting customer relationships through the provision of high levels of service delivery, problem resolution and the empathetic management of customer expectationsProactively monitor the wall board and contribute to team activity to ensure all calls are answered promptlyLiaise directly with customers on price and stock availability requestsDevelop high levels of product knowledgeManage own workload and objectives, whilst also working as a team to ensure the achievement of the team and department objectivesUndertake a range of administrative dutiesProactively, creatively and effectively manage customer complaints ensuring they are resolved in the timeliest, cost effective and appropriate mannerThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:Experience working in a Contact Centre/Customer Service environmentExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach and demonstrates a can do attitudeAbility to focus on solutions rather than problemsExpresses passion and enthusiasm within the roleProven track record on delivering quality as a first priorityQuick to adapt and learn new skillsGood MS Office skillsBenefits will include:21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and an extra day added for each year of service, capped at 25 daysAuto enrolment government pension scheme4 x salary life assuranceaccess to an employee assistance programmecontributory defined contribution pension schemerolex watch for 10 years serviceperformance related bonus scheme linked to achievement of EBITDAFree parkingHours for this role are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm.At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
