Job Description

Tradewind is hiring! We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to provide classroom cover in an OFSTED Good rated mixed Comprehensive school in Dartford. The school is a firm believer in nurturing individuals into being highlysuccessful, responsible, and valued members of their community - both at school and in the wider world! With core values surrounding respect, aspirations, and care, a successful applicant will be joining faculty and students that support each other and theirdevelopment.Beginning ASAP, initially until July and with the view to a Permanent position, this is a full time role paying between £90 and £120 per day.Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

  • Manage classroom behaviour to create a conducive learning environment where all students can feel safe & thrive.
  • Deliver set work in accordance with the teachers instructions, ensuring that learning objectives are met effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement and support as needed.
  • Uphold the schools values and standards at all times.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, we will require the following:
  • Own or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the Update Service, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
