Commercial Asbestos Surveyor£32,000 - £35,000Dartford, South EastOur client is one of the UKs leading UKAS accredited Asbestos Management consultancies. With over 25 years trading experience, this company has built a well-respected name for themselves and have gained an impressive portfolio of clients in the public andprivate sector.Due to the acquisition of a large prestigious contract in South London, our client are seeking an experienced and self-starting Asbestos Surveyor to conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across a range of London based commercial projects.This is a home-based role so applications will be accepted from the Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire regions. Local projects will be assigned to surveyors, however flexibility to commute further afield is essential.On offer is a basic salary between £32,000 - £35,000 with a fantastic benefits package which includes a fully expensed company vehicle, smart phone, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, company matched pension scheme, competitive overtime rates and options andon-going training and development opportunities.Essential Requirements:
