Job Description

Job Title: Carpenter/Fabric OperativeSalary: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year depending on experience/skill setLocation: DartfordJob Type: Full-time, PermanentHere at Interiors Inc we specialise in commercial and retail fit out.Our founding directors have a combined experience of over 40 years within the specialist field of interior fit out, gathered from architectural, electrical engineering, contract management, design and building disciplines. We have worked successfully withsome of the UKs leading hotel and retail chains building long-lasting relationships based upon high quality work and value. Our team have completed fit-out schemes with some high-profile public vendors such as race courses, where understanding the needs andidiosyncrasies of these specialised clients has allowed long-standing and mutually rewarding connections.About you:We are looking to recruit an additional carpenter/fabric operative to our permanent, directly employed team who have the following qualifications and attributes;Time served, with experience of working within a project/small works environment

  • The ability to review work on site and identify the most efficient methods of installation
  • Experience in 1st & 2nd fix joinery
  • The ability to effectively communicate with the management team and clients in support of delivering service excellence
  • A willingness to participate in out of hours and sometimes working away from home
  • Current holder of a CSCS card is preferable but not essential.
  • Full driving license
  • A good standard of administration
  • High standards of personal presentation
  • To work on other related building fabric such as tiling, suspended ceilings, drywall, decoration etc
