Senior Sister/ Senior Charge Nurse- Cardiac Rehabilitation.Band 6/7 - 22.5hours/weekDarent Valley is a futuristic modern PFI Hospital which opened in 2000 located Near Bluewater Shopping Centre and is within easy reach of Ebbs fleet, M25 / M2 / A2, and is well connected with a Fast Track Bus service to Dartford and other local railway stations.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse or experienced Cardiac Nurse to join our friendly Cardiac Rehabilitation department at Darent Valley Hospital.The post holder will use their specialist knowledge and skills within the team to deliver a highly effective and efficient service to the cardiac patients within the Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley area.Our Cardiac Rehabilitation department executes all aspects of Cardiac Rehabilitation in line with BACPR/NACR, including Phases I-IV, individual nurse-led clinics and a comprehensive hospital based education/exercise programme.This exciting role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to apply specific cardiac skills as well as to learn and develop further in the role.This post can be an opportunity to develop from a band 6 to a band 7 clinical lead if you do not have the current qualifications and experience for the band 7 role.
