Job Description

Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation in Dartford to recruit a Accounting Compliance Manager to join their finance team. This is an exciting position to cover UK Manufacturing, UK commercial and Nordic commercial entity.This is a full-time and 9 months maternity cover role where the candidate could join the team formally in Jan 2023 but for handover ASAP to familiarise with the business, stakeholders and activities across the countries.Main Activities:

  • VAT (UK Ireland Sweden Norway)
  • ECSL and Intrastats
  • Corporation tax
  • External Audits and Financial Accounts preparation (UK Sweden Norway)
  • Support month end related activities (IFRS, recs)
Qualifications/Experience & Mobility:
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Italian would be an advantage;
  • Advanced Level Microsoft Excel
  • SAP knowledge (CO-PA and FI modules);
  • Very good analytical skills to manage complex business processes;
  • Excellent skills in the identification and presentation of results-relevant issues;
  • Strong ability to self-organize, prioritize and structure activities with a high degree of care & reliability;
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, strong commercial attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy and accountability, team-working;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines;
  • Successful project management experience;
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake some European travel
