Theyre committed to support, offering a 99.999% uptime guarantee to enabletheir customers to concentrate on running their businesses.Key Skills:* 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Hyper-convergedinfrastructures* Strong understanding of Nutanix and Fortinet technologies* Experience in data centres, server hosting, IP networking, security, storage & backupsolutions* Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure* Experience using MDM solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* Strong communication and customer-facing skillResponsibilities:* Design, implement, and maintain our Nutanix and Fortinet infrastructure* Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues* Manage and monitor infrastructure performance and alerts* Proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure risks* Document infrastructure procedures and processes* Be a technical lead for project work and client migration* Stay up-to-date on the latest technologiesThis is a great opportunity to work for an organisation, that is transforming business IT, through their successful full-service wraparound model.
