Were keen to see courageous ideas and challenge, presented with kindness and generosity of spirit.Day to day, youll be responsible for leading and managing the bid process for your organisation. The wellbeing of the bid teams is of paramount importance, so ensuring that the team is properly resourced and supported is critical. You will lead the designand implementation of bids, working closely with customer facing opportunity and solution owners. Additionally, you will lead the development of Value Propositions and Win Strategies, utilising methodologies such as the Value Proposition Canvas and ShipleyWinning Proposals to ensure that win themes are articulated appropriately across submissions. You will also lead and support Colour Team Reviews as required, and drive unbiased, objective analysis and decision-making during all bid phases and activities toensure solutions clearly meet the customers needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that technical and commercial submissions are compliant and easy for the customer to navigate and score, and you will monitor and report on progress of opportunities toall stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage all bid resources, including internal and bought-in services, and manage the bid budget. You will also support Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement activities and build strong collaborative networks acrossthe wider organization to benefit both the sector and the function.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
