Job Description

At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant based in Edinburgh.Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring premises are kept to standards.
  • Responsible for keeping working areas as clean and tidy as possible.
  • Routine inspections on premises internally and externally.
  • Responsible for cleaning staff areas.
  • Responsible for minor building repairs.
  • General maintenance including painting, ensuring all lighting is in working order.
  • Reporting any major breakdowns or building repairs.
  • All health & safety and hygiene company policies must always be adhered to.
  • Any other duties required by a line manager to be carried out.
