Job Description

STEM Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Demand & Forecasting Manager to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Midlothian.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and will be based on-site.Duties:

  • Full stock management in UK from new product introduction to parts management
  • Creation and management of supply chain strategy and S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy
  • Ensuring the right products are available at the right time, reducing costs and maintaining quality
  • Responsible for small team of Demand Planners & Database Administrator
Person Specification:
  • Mid-Senior level experience working in a similar role
  • Familiar with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and ERP systems
  • Supply chain background (European and Far East) and experience of managing stock across multiple locations/channels
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
  • Team player and ability to coach, mentor and motivate others
