Job Description

Pertemps are working in partnership with Scottish Qualifications Authority and have Customer Service/ Helpdesk Advisor roles available.Based at SQA Shawfair, the location is easily accessible from Midlothian and Edinburgh with free parking/ bus station - only 20 minutes from City Centre.Working in a fast paced service environment the successful candidate will take ownership for effectively solving customer queries and providing an excellent service.

  • Starting ASAP
  • Until Mid-October initially
  • £10.73 per hour
  • Full time/Part time shifts available
Shift Patterns Available
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Saturday & Sunday 9am-4pm
Main Duties
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Identify customers needs and clarify information
  • Record all conversations in our CRM system in a comprehensive way
  • Build good working relationships to engage with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Frequently attend ongoing training and briefs to improve knowledge
Skills Required
  • Previous experience in a contact centre/customer services/support role desirable
  • Must be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with clarity both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work with accuracy and with an attention to detail
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
