Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work with a Public Sector organisation based in Midlothian on a temporary basis.Pay: £11.08Based DalkeithASAP - December 202236 hours per weekDuties and Responsibilities

  • General office tasks
  • Opening the mail
  • Answering the phone
  • Email enquiries
  • Printing letters
  • Telephone/email enquiries
  • Printing documentation
  • Visiting properties and asking tenants to sign the paperwork
Skills/abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Admin/Office experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Teamwork
  • Strong IT skills Word/Excel
