Job Description

PART TIME WAREHOUSE ASSISTANTS - IMMEDIATE START Hourly salary: £9.77 (including holiday pay)Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00am - 5.30pmLocation: Dagenham, RM9We are hiring Warehouse Assistants to work flexible hours at one of UKs leading transport and logistics providers.Free parking and bike racks are available onsite.Experience:We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months warehouse experience. Ideally, applicants will have experience:

  • Scanning and separating parcels
  • Using RF and or handheld scanners
  • Working in third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses
  • Warehouse management system knowledge
  • General picking & packing
    • Responsibilities:
  • Working with a team of Warehouse Assistants and Warehouse Operatives
  • Ensuring operational excellence
  • Scanning and separating parcels
  • Applying barcodes, relabelling stock, unpacking damaged goods
  • Picking & packing
  • Effective housekeeping to eliminate workplace hazards
  • Manual handling
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse
