Your passion for nurturing young minds, combinedwith your Level 3 qualification, will contribute to creating a stimulating and safe environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.Responsibilities:

  • Child-Centric Care: Deliver exceptional care and education tailored to the individual needs of each child, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, planning and facilitating engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess childrens development, maintaining accurate records to inform parents and colleagues of progress.
  • Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, providing updates on their childs progress and involving them in their childs learning journey.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and nurturing team environment, sharing ideas and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Level 3 Qualification: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification recognized by relevant authorities.
  • Experience: Have practical experience working in a nursery setting, demonstrating a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Passion: Exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education, fostering a love for learning in young children.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
