Overview:A well-known independently owned estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Dagenham office dealing with mortgages up to £650k, with an averageproperty value of £350k.Job Title:Mortgage BrokerLocation:DagenhamBryn McMillan Ref. Number:B3472MBMCRemuneration:£25,000 - £40,000 including car allowance, plus financial guarantees to £45,000 for 6 months plus pension, DIS, PMI, OTE £60,000 - £75,000.Main Duties:Working in this busy estate agency office in Dagenham, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will receive 8-10 new mortgage appointments per week, dealing with properties up to £650k and an average loan size of £350k.As well as receiving new mortgage leads daily, you will also have unlimited and unrestricted access to the Dagenham existing client database, where as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be able to offer a remortgage service, to ensurethat the clients are receiving the best possible mortgage advice.The Dagenham estate agency office has a substantial client base, registered on average over 150 new applicants per month, and over 60 property offers per month.This is a fantastic opportunity for a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to receive a high basic to £40,000 including car allowance and dependent upon experience.As well as one of the best salaries around for a mortgage broker, plus once you have banked over £150,000, you will receive 50% commission.The average case is currently £1,900, however for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Dagenham area, with a higher conversion rate for protection business, the average case will rise to around £2,500, which will equate to commissionsof £375 per case.As well as receiving commission on all business banked you will also receive additional bonuses dependent upon performance for high protection and buildings and contents conversions, solicitors referrals.Key Skills:As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the busy Dagenham estate agency office, you must be fully CeMAP qualified and have a good working knowledge of mortgage and the associated protection policies.Being a team player is paramount for this role, to work closely with the financially incentivised team, helping them refer clients and leads over.This role would suit an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser who is pro-active and doesnt mind contacting the existing client database.Summary:Outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work for a market leading estate agency in the Dagenham area, for an independently owned organisation, receiving 10 new mortgage leads a week, plus access to the estate agencyand lettings data to source additional business.As the inhouse mortgage broker you will receive a basic to £40,000 including car allowance, uncapped bonuses and commissions with no validation, quarterly and annual bonuses, with an OTE of £75,000 - £90,000.Contact:Bryn McMillanManaging DirectorBryn McMillan Consulting
