Job Title: KS1 Classroom TeacherLocation: Barking and DagenhamSalary: £140-£200 daily, dependent on Umbrella / PAYE and experienceHours: Full-timeContract Type: PermanentStart Date: October 2023Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a passion for early years education GSL Education are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a KS1 Classroom Teacher to join our friendly and vibrant school community in Barking and Dagenham. Ifyoure eager to make a positive impact on young learners and create a nurturing environment for their growth, we want to hear from you!About the Role:As a KS1 Classroom Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the educational journey of our youngest students. You will play a crucial role in providing a solid foundation for their future learning. Your innovative teaching methods and caring approachwill inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning among our Key Stage 1 students.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the national curriculum.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for KS1.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
