Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced ATM Field Engineer to join this ambitious B2B business within the field, and to be based within Stratford and the local surrounding areas.This is a super position and offers the opportunity to work within a rapidly expanding, friendly and professional organisation.The role will involve providing support to customers on a daily basis by completing installation and maintenance of ATM Machines across the area assigned to you, working within the timescales set and in keeping with the SLAs.This position works normal office hours, 40 hours per week, with a 1 weekend in 4 weekend rota. There are also lots of opportunities to work overtime.You will be provided with a laptop, mobile and a company van (work usage only) plus the tools, training and network of support you need to work autonomously.Duties include:

  • Maintainance and repair of ATMs in line with the defined requirements.
  • Diagnose system problems in a timely manner and make accurate repairs.
  • Respond to all technical hardware problems within the accounts in your area.
  • Handle customers in a professional manner during difficult high-pressure situations.
  • Work within the times scales as set out in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure the parts requirements of the customer are communicated to the Logistics Operation and that the logistics support the customer’s expectations.
  • Coordinate with the technical resources necessary to resolve critical customer situations.
  • Interface with and coordinate the efforts of sub-contractors when needed.
  • Work well independently and in a team situation.
  • Make recommendations for improving our service, reliability & performance
  • Personal specification:
  • Must have a sound technical understanding of ATM functions.
  • Previous training in Wincor or NCR ATMs i.e. CCDM is advantageous
  • Previous experience within a similar customer facing environment and working to achieve customer service levels.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Gained good communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team across the business.
  • Full UK Valid Driving License.
  • Able to be security checked
