Are you interested in working as a Caretaker in a friendly primary school based in Dagenham, EssexWe are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker/Handyperson/Maintenance Assistantto work for a friendly primary school based near Dagenham, Essex.Hours of work are Mondayto Friday, 6am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 6pm.Duties - General Caretaker/Handyperson/Maintenance Assistant duties including opening up and locking up the school, setting the alarm, weekly fire alarm checks, general repairs and maintenance within the school, unblocking sinks/toilets, fixing door/windowhandles, painting and decorating, replacing toilet seats, putting up shelves/pin boards, daily health and safety checks, porterage, moving furniture, delivering parcels around the building, litter picking, sweeping up leaves, emptying bins, replenishing suppliesaround the building eg.
