Area Mortgage Manager

  • Basic Salary negotiable £30,000 - £35,000
  • Car Allowance £3,600
  • On Target Earnings circa £60,000 - £75,000+ UNCAPPED

    • Our clients, a privately owned and established mortgage business with strong growth plans, are seeking a top performing Mortgage Broker who is looking for the next step up in their career, one who is able to performance manage an pro-actively develop a team of Mortgage Advisors. This mortgage sales professional with leadership qualities must be highly organised, ambitious and have a proven track record of exceeding their Mortgage & Protection Sales targets.Area Mortgage Manager- The Right Candidate:The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate to their team what standard they expect of them whilst carrying out their duties and inspire them to emulate your past successes.You will remote manage your team, ensuring you get the best performance from them at all times, whether they are a new starter or your top performer.     • Area Mortgage Manager - Qualification Criteria:
  • CEMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced in developing and delivering technical and soft skills training.
  • Enthusiastic coach and motivator with a desire to develop and support others
  • Able to demonstrate success in a sales management role, within a regulated environment.
  • Must have a minimum two years’ demonstrable achievement of hitting sales targets in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent time management to cope with competing needs of business and team
  • Ability to deliver excellence in customer service in a result’s driven en­vironment.
  • Must be an internal and external business developer, capable of creating lasting building relationships with internal introducer and other departments, as well as lenders and providers
  • Display flexibility and adaptability at all times in response to the challenging, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills - both verbal & writ­ten - with the ability to effectively deliver to a wide audience
