Job Description

We all work togetherto be our customers most valued and trusted business partner.What you will be doing:To support the depot management team with the day-to-day administration related to people processes and operations and to create effective and consistent reporting for the depot on all key analytics and performance measures. You will re required to co-ordinateaccurate payroll data from managers on a timely basis and action related queries and correspondence surrounding HR Administration duties.

  1. Administration and the preparation of new starters and leavers documentation to send to HR services
  2. Support management with the co-ordination of probationary reviews for new starters and exit interviews for leavers
  3. To assist managers with the signing on of new starters and ensure contracts and health assessments are signed and returned to HR services before payroll cut-off
  4. To collate all payroll related queries from line managers and support with getting resolutions from HRSS
  5. To prepare bi-weekly absence reporting to be sent to HR Partner and DCM
  6. Maintain accurate records by filing all HR paperwork to relevant electronic files and Fourth ensuring all data is stored in line with GDPR regulations
  7. Liaise with department managers ensuring accuracy of weekly timesheet report using Fourth Hospitality Management System
  8. Maintain and contribute to a working knowledge of Fresh Directs policies and regulations
  9. To support with Fourth training sessions for new managers if required
  10. To support DCM with compiling KPI reports and analytics for the site
  11. To support with the updating of staff notice boards and collating information relating to people initiatives such as Sysco Superstars, long service awards etc.
  12. To assist with reception duties when needed
  13. To act as a note taker during health and safety and ECF meetings if and when needed
