We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and clinically creative individual to work as a Band 5 community psychiatric nurse in our busy Secondary care Community mental health team working with older adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. You will need to have the relevant professional qualifications and the related clinical experience, this post needs an individual who is highly motivated and able to work autonomously.You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and qualities and be committed to the on-going development of the service, with a person centred focus.
