I have a brand new opportunity for an experienced/ Senior QA to join my client with an office in Cwmbran, South Wales. They are growing team and have a team of 5 developers and are looking for their very first QA to join them as they start to scale theirtech team. They are in an enviable position of being super busy and as a result are having to grow the team to keep up with their workload and as part of that they want to build a brand new test function. . They have an office in Cwmbran, South Wales and inan ideal world would love someone happy to go into the office 2 days a week, but there may be some flex on this for the right person. It is a bit of a blank canvass and they are keen to bring someone on board to get some proper processes and a strategy in place and build a culture of quality. Youll write test plans and carry out testing across their web based platform and apis , constantlylooking at ways to improve things. They would also love someone capable of identifying areas for automation and looking to get some automaton in place further down the line. There is the opportunity to really make this role your own and evolve the role overtime and as the team continues to grow and it is a great role for an experienced QA engineer looking to grow into a leadership / strategic position in the future, building a strategy and eventually team around them.Their ideal person would be an experienced QA who is excited about the opportunity to go and set things up from scratch and ideally with some automation knowledge.Salary is up to £50,000.
