They have successfully established themselves as one of the top multi-category brand and distribution specialists in the UK & Ireland.The RoleThe highly successful company are looking for a Sales Supportive Representative to join their team and deliver first class customer service and administration support with their Sales Support Manager. This position gives the successful applicant an exciting opportunity to work with multiple global and diverse brands within the sport, outdoor, and lifestyle fashion industry.The company are a friendly, and passionate team, so this is a great position for a positive, confident, collaborative and approachable person. The Sales Support Representative will be a key member of the team, working closely with the Sales Support Manager as well as the sales, warehouse and the support team colleagues internally. Externally, you will be working extensively with the retail partners, third party support groups and specific brand teams.An understanding and passion for sport, outdoor and lifestyle fashion is desirable.Main responsibilitiesSales order and purchase order entryProvide customer service to retail accountsProvide administrative support to the Sales TeamLiaise directly with the brands and suppliers on purchase orders, brand & product information, and deliveriesDrive deliveries on a daily basis to ensure order deadlines are met, book in deliveries via retailer portals, and keep customers up to date with lead times and stock availabilityProvide and organise all reprocessing documentation and labelsReporting – pull sales figures and delivery forecasts for the Management TeamTravel - attend sales meetings and trade showsRequired knowledge and experienceVery good sales administration and customer service skillsA team player with strong communication skills, along with the ability to work comfortably on your own initiativeAble to multitask and work towards numerous deadlines under pressureExtremely focused with an attentive eye for detailDriven, organised and one step aheadGood IT & numerical ability; strong excel skills are essentialA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleA minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English. 2 A levels or equivalent.Further qualifications are advantageousAn interest in fashion and/or sport would be desirableImportant Information: We endeavor to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
